Counselling for individuals, couples, step parents and solo parents
Let’s face it – we all encounter dilemmas and difficulties in life where we just wish someone could take our hand, understand what we’re going through, and help us find ways to move past those obstacles to a happier, more meaningful life.
I get you!
As a counsellor, I see the many struggles that women and families go through in life
- the stress of step parenting
- relationship roadblocks
- feeling isolated as a single parent
With the proper guidance and support, you CAN turn those struggles around and find achievable, positive outcomes. I can help you convert your ideas and dreams into actions and practical ways of making your life more meaningful.
My approach to therapy is person-focussed and client-driven, working with you to find the self-compassion you need to lead yourself in the direction of growth. I have a clear practice promise: I can help you find the solutions that empower you to get better and become more focused on your life and how you want to live it.
